Our solution
For this three-day retreat, we provided a range of technical and digital support to help facilitate smooth communication and engagement across all sessions. This included livestreaming and recording in two rooms, a custom-branded platform for remote participants, and tools for interactivity such as live polls and Q&A. We also managed technical direction, light and sound coordination, and remote speaker integration. A LED wall was used to support visual content, and we created lower thirds and bumpers to help structure the livestreams.
For the first time, we also introduced Emogg, our emotional analytics tool, offering real-time insights into audience sentiment—helping shape more responsive and impactful sessions.
Emogg-Product launch
Our tool is designed to measure and analyze emotional responses in real time. Using AI and data analytics, Emogg captures audience reactions—such as attention, energy levels, and emotional highlights—through devices like cameras or microphones. This allows organizers to gain objective insights into how content is received, helping to identify key moments of engagement and areas for improvement.
At the retreat, Emogg offered a new layer of understanding around participant experience, supporting more responsive and informed event design. And all of this in real-time.
